Beaded by AQ is a handcrafted collection of gemstone jewelry, designed and made by me, Abigail. The idea started on my couch in September 2025 with pieces made for friends and family. Pretty quickly, I knew this was something I wanted to grow.
I've been a part of the fine jewelry business for the past seven years. The industry sparked my love for gemstones and heavily influences the way I approach each piece. I care a lot about natural stones, thoughtful construction, and creating quality pieces so they remain a staple in your jewelry collection for years to come.
I make pieces I would actually wear… usually starting with a gemstone strand I became obsessed with or a color combination I couldn’t stop thinking about. I want to create things that are elevated, but still easy to wear in everyday life.
Most pieces are one of a kind, with a few styles that will remain part of the Core Collection. Each piece is named after important women in my life, along with a few names I simply love, plus one exception: Honey, named after my grandfather.
I live in Columbia, SC with my husband, Byron, and our son (dog), Rio. We love good food, traveling, cheering on Dreher boys' soccer, and spending time with friends and family.
